Mainboard SMD side.

Discharge the power supply capacitors with a resistor 10-100 Ohms resistor.                               Replace C5, C7 and IC2.

Cross over network component side.

Replace C211, C212, C213, and C214.

Cross over network SMD side.

Replace IC201, IC202, IC203 and IC204.
